Dear Colleagues,
The Institute of the Lithuanian Language, the State Commission of the Lithuanian Language and the European Federation of National Institutions for Language (EFNIL) have the honour of inviting you to the 19th AnnualConference of EFNIL, which will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania on 11-13 October 2022.
The theme of the conference is: The Language and Migration.
The 19th EFNIL conference will take place over two and half days. The conference will be held at the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania (12 October, Gedimino pr. 53, Vilnius) and the Courtyard Vilnius City Center Hotel (13 October, Rinktinės str. 3, Vilnius). The EFNIL General Assembly will take place on 11 October. The Forum on Language Policy will take place on 13 October.
Hotel (Courtyard Vilnius City Center, Rinktinės str. 3, Vilnius) rooms will be booked for two delegates from each member country and for one delegate from each associate member institution.
On the evening of 11 October welcome reception at the restaurant of the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania (Katedros square 4, Vilnius) will be held for all participants. More information on events, as well as the full conference programme will be sent in due course.
All costs of the conference material, accommodation for two nights, lunches and dinner, cultural programme will be paid by EFNIL, the Institute of the Lithuanian Language and the State Commission of the Lithuanian Language.
